Demosthenes Pasadis - Founder & President (awards)

Demosthenes is a 40 year veteran of the computer industry. He earned BS and MS degrees in Electrical Engineering/Computer Science from the University of California at Berkeley in the early 1970's. He became a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) in 2000.

Demosthenes spent the first half of his career leading the development of system software, including operating systems and file systems. He spent the second half building IT infrastructures and developing software. The first part of his career has contributed to the second part by giving him a special in-depth understanding of IT.

Demosthenes has also led large business process reengineering efforts and taught college-level courses on IT system analysis, software engineering, Windows servers and systems programming. He has in-depth knowledge of Microsoft operating systems, Visual Studio/ASP.NET, web programming, security and networks.

Demosthenes established his IT consulting business in 1982. His business became a Microsoft Certified Partner in 2000. He is currently designing, planning and building IT infrastructures and data driven web sites.

Athan Pasadis - Vice President

Athan is also a 38 year veteran of the computer industry. After earning B.S. and M.S. degrees in Computer Science from the University of San Francisco and the University of California at Santa Barbara, he spent a long and successul career at the Fair, Isaac Corporation, known for pioneering credit scoring and the creator of "FICO scores". His career included ten years as a VP of IT, during which his department grew to 50 employees with a budget of $12M to match the fastest growth period of the company's history.

Athan became a Microsoft Certified Profession in 2002 as he changed direction to become an IT consultant. Athan has decades of experience building IT infrastructures and developing software. He is expert at all phases of the IT engineering process, including IT assessments, strategic planning, implementation, monitoring and support. He also developed and taught a college-level Linux course.

Innovative Solutions has been serving small and medium sized businesses and educational institutions in the San Francisco Bay Area since 1982.

We were a Microsoft Certified Partner from 2000 to 2009.  We earned a Microsoft competency in Network Infrastructure Solutions.  We didn't enroll in the Microsoft Certified Partner program in 2010.

We've established business partnerships with many organizations, including Symantec, 3COM, Fortinet, Sonicwall and Drivesavers.
